Mastectomy Survivors Walked Topless Down A Runway

Two women that are cancer survivors Emily Jensen and Melanie Testa walked confidently down a runway to model the invention of Play Out.
Play Out is a New York based company that specializes in gender-inclusive underwears. The show took place during Rainbow Fashion Week.
The co-founder of Play Out, Abby Sugar explained that the motive behind the appearance of the ladies is to encourage people of several body condition most especially those that have undergone mastectomy.
'"We wanted to show that you can be yourself, no matter your gender presentation or after a cancer diagnosis,” she said. "
She has hopes that other women will see these images in their time of need and that they will feel empowered and informed about flat reconstruction as one option among many.
