Yesterday, President Goodluck Jonathan ordered the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation and other bodies that campaigned for his re-election to remove all posters, billboards, banners and other campaign materials placed nationwide.
The President stated that it is time to start taking steps to restore environment in the country to its initial state.
He also urged Nigerians to put all political campaigns behind them and support the incoming administration for a peaceful, united and progressive nation.
