On Tuesday President Goodluck Jonathan sacked Nigeria's 17th Inspector General of Police Suleiman Abba.
The former Inspector General has refused to handover to his successor Mr Solomon Arase until he was urge to do so by the President.
The handover ceremony was to start by 8 am but did not take place until 4 pm following the absence of the Former IGP.
