Who Gets Royalty's Birth Certificate? Chris Brown Or King Ba

Chris Brown is not happy about not being recognized where it matters on his daughter's birth certificate.

He just found out that the father on Royalty's birth certificate is Brazil Riesling also known as King  Ba.
According to TMZ, eight months after Royalty was born DNA tests revealed that Chris Brown was the father. He has been trying to establish a relationship with his daughter but seems his efforts are being prevented by King Ba who still considers himself as the dad.
Chris has been negotiating with Nia his baby mama and Ba to reflect his name as the biological father on the birth certificate but if they do not agree looks like it will end up before a judge.
