This young man was caught trying to quickly cross the Ikorodu expressway in Lagos. Unfortunately for him, he ran into the hands of a strict looking officer who subjected him to several rounds of punishments.
Truth be told, Lagos State government has repeatedly announced that crossing the expressways, especially where pedestrian bridges have been provided, is an offence punishable under the law but what is not certain is if they have authorized the security officers to give out instant justice to offenders.
